Meet Your Coach
Hi! I’m Natasha. I am a Registered Dietitian in Utah. I started weight loss coaching because I love helping people continue to enjoy the life experiences that mean the most to them.
I love the outdoors: kayaking, mountain biking, and playing pickleball. I also love to cook, especially tasty treats! (I get cookie cravings too). I have an amazing husband and a little baby boy that keeps me on my toes.
